anyone travelled to Da Nang before?

is it easy to withdraw VND from ATMs there, or even use SGD to exchange for VND at money exchangers there?

As long as the AMT display Maestro or Cirrus.
Otherwise you can ask the hotel front counter where they recommend to change money.
