You can try Vietnam Airlines or VietJetAir

No bro. Do not exchange dong in sg. Just change at the airport in hcmc. The rate is way better than in sg.

The last time i went to HCM, apparently the rates that their money changers gave were much higher than those in Singapore...

haha sometimes they charge the bag one. i paid 8000 dong. (person +bag) but still way cheaper than 10USD for the cab to ben thahn from Airport.

I went to HCMC last week. it was 16,783 at the airport. Never been to the North, so can't advice for 2 and 3.

Now, person+bag will be 10.000 dong liao.
