My first time with VQ. It is so laggy even with a 10gbps plan

I feel like it would be better off with a 1gbps plan now. Any steps I can take to eliminate this lag away

I think it's VQs side that is having issues.

I have rebooted my ONT a few times. I have checked connection between my PC and router, it's very stable.

However, I am getting some packet-loss between VQ service and my router and its very intermittent. Using Speedtest don't show any of this issue. Loading websites can be very slow at times.

I'm getting intermittent sluggish internet performance as well after the recent big downtime, likely due to packet loss too, kinda busy atm to perform any troubleshooting.

It's a joke when my mobile 4G is much more seamless than my home internet..

Do you have their SecureNet VAS?
