Happy to report my experience is otherwise. Perhaps they up their IPv6 game with XGS-PON rollout?

Using test-ipv6.com:

Test with IPv4 DNS recordok (0.032s) using ipv4
Test with IPv6 DNS recordok (0.006s) using ipv6
Test with Dual Stack DNS recordok (0.028s) using ipv6
Test for Dual Stack DNS and large packetok (0.022s) using ipv6
Test IPv6 large packetok (0.010s) using ipv6
Test if your ISP's DNS server uses IPv6ok (0.027s) using ipv6
Find IPv4 Service Providerok (0.259s) using ipv4 ASN 18106
Find IPv6 Service Providerok (0.245s) using ipv6 ASN 18106

My one don't have le.

Is your ONR on bridge mode? I didn’t receive IPv6 until they shifted me to bridged mode.
Configured SLAAC + Single Network (not prefix delegation)
Bridged mode, getting the 10.x IP on my deco.
Set to what you mentioned above in my deco, still the same.
Later tonight, I will try to restart my ONR to see if it can receive.

Yes I’ve logged in to check as well

but I’m wondering how do they charge , since my recontract date is on September , how does the billing goes after since the new one 3gbps about $30?

this info what i found on the early upgrade... for VQ

According to ViewQwest, existing customers with three months or less remaining on their contract can renew for another 24 months to enjoy the ViewQwest X services. Customers not eligible for re-contract can take advantage of the Speed Upgrade promo, regardless of their current plan. They need to agree to top up an additional S$3.27/month for 3Gbps, S$6.54/month for 5Gbps, and S$13.08/month for 10Gbps speed boosts, with a minimum commitment period of 12 months to do so.

It will typically be prorated.

So for example, I didn't recontract, but I pay mine yearly for extra discount.
So depending on when I started paying the next yearly payment and where I started a new recontract, they will minus away the months that I had used the previous 1 year payment and then with the balance from the previous payment, I just have to top a few hundred dollars more to the new plan.

So it shows like this for the bill.

Charge Detail - - - - Service Period - - - - - Price excl. - - GST Tax
Static IP xx/07/2024 - xx/08/2024 SGD 3.70 SGD 0.33
3Gbps No Router Plan xx/07/2024 - xx/07/2025 SGD 345.03 SGD 31.05
Static IP xx/08/2024 - xx/09/2024 SGD 3.70 SGD 0.33

Charge Detail - - - - Service Period - - - - - Price excl. - - GST Tax
1Gbps No Router -- Proration Credit <7.8 months left> SGD -240.09 SGD -21.61
Static IP Credit xx/08/2024 - xx/09/2024 SGD -2.79 SGD -0.25
Static IP -- Proration Credit xx/07/2024 - xx/08/2024 SGD -2.25 SGD -0.20

Total Current Charges: SGD 116.95

I am still a bit confused.

If I sign up for the 5Gbps plan and request to set the new ONT to Router mode:
- Will all 4 1 Gbps ports and the 10 Gbps port be available for use?
- The maximum speed I can get is 5Gbps right? If the mesh router connects to the 10 Gbps port.

If bridge mode, the other 4 ports won't be available for use.
You can ask them to activate then won't have bridge mode then you have dual NAT.
If you don't do port-forwarding stuff, shouldn't matter.
When you subscribe to 5Gbps, then your max WAN connection is 5G provided your mesh router got 5/10G connection.

Take note that there is no confirmation that VQ will entertain your request to configure the new bridged ONR in unbridged mode. You can always check with VQ.

Singtel ZTE F8648P and Starhub Nokia XS-2426X-A are ONR for 5Gbps/10Gbps plan (Starhub also has XGS-PON ONT option). You can use the connection scheme from Singtel as a reference in case VQ entertains your request.
