He need to earn right? Normally they will put their earnings in such tasks.

But it should be on the quotation upfront.

Wouldn't recommend you to do one room at a time though.

Cos usually contractors / ID will be charging you for per trip. Meaning if you have 3 rooms, you'll need to pay 3 times for the work man to come over.

Perhaps you can suggest them to help shift like big things to the living room first. Then after that shift back before doing up the living room floor.

But if you find it a hassle, you can do the flooring around the "permanent furnitures" . This is provided that your furnitures are those flushed all the way to the floor.

Haha , but in my opinion , one time pain is better.

Trash wise I think it depends on what kind of trash I guess.

If if those hacking debris, hard to clear yourself. Cos you'll need a to have them bring in those container to collect those trash and dispose. Cannot anyhow throw.

But if it's those small stuff, then DIY will make sense.

Removed service yard.
Just a little concrete and tiles.
Can bring back to office bin to throw.

Usually they will charge by estimation plus 10% wastage.
Sometimes they will say min floor charges.
So best to do all at one time.

If you have just screeded the floor, do clean it well.
Vacuum or whatsoever.
Because all this little debris will cause your floor to be floating.

Mine is in the living room, i guess it might be subjected to high temperature...
No pro. U can pm me.

Vinyl shouldn't shrink or expand under normal temp conditions.

Can you share the name of the company or brand of the vinyl, so that we can be aware of this?
