anyone used inovar before? whats the comparison between this and the rest like LURF and SPC and lament?

i am current look at spc. spc flooring aka rigid core vinyl flooring

SPC, which stands for Stone Plastic (or Polymer) Composite, features a core that is typically comprised of around 60% calcium carbonate (limestone), polyvinyl chloride and plasticizers


SPC flooring is hard to find in SG, even if they do have, they dont really talk about the layer, detail etc.....




here the detail that spc flooring should have and what i looking for in spc flooring:

Three layers ( ABA core): PVC vinyl board + SPC core floor + PVC
100% Formaldehyde and PCP Free because it does not use any type of glue instead it use heat to combine the layer
Fire Resistant certified Bf1-S1
environmentally friendly in line with EN14372, EN649-2011, IEC62321, GB4085-83 standards.
thickest Rigid Core i can find
thickest wear layer i can find (perfer Enhanced urethane wear layer with additional aluminum oxide coating)
UV coating

Hi can i ask what sort of mop/cloth is recommended for laminated flooring? For mopping purposes.

It must be rather dry.
If not water seeps in, will be bloated for laminated.
Vinyl wise, i use a wet cloth to wipe.
Not till extend of dripping.
So hand twist.

hihi, does vinyl quality/grade matters?
most companies have different grade aka korean grade etc that are more expensive.

they advertise generally for their cheapest grade at $2.80 per sqf then notice that they are more premium grade ones that cost more.

currently i am using evorich Herf for my existing house, i do like the textured feel and i can see that its very durable. Recently went to a relative's home and step on his vinyl and there isnt any textured feel at all, smooth feel. So is that the lower grade type of vinyl flooring?

I am moving to a new home and 2 common rooms are already done up with HERF. need to do one common room and maybe living room so now thinking whether to stick with HERF or get from a cheaper company but do not want to compromise quality. Any other companies that offer vinyl similar to Evorich Herf at a fraction of the cost?

Try asking them does this vinyl product have any kind of certification (like European certification : E1 or M 119 etc.......)


i email about 8 company (excluding those top 5 vinyl company in sg) asking their wear layer coating and does their vinyl have any kind of certification of safety .


so far no one reply, those that reply tell me their have green label or ISO certification which i dont really care, as i only care about European certification

it commonly talk about at this forums. just do a search you get the idea who is it.

on the other hand try to email other company about who have E1 or M 119 European certification.

so does Evorich has? still dont know which company to take. Dont want to pay a premium if another company has similar product.

around 1k different. or hopefully within 2 yr they got new tech in better more eco friendly vinyl, more lasting, more durable and better design from the gap in between the vinyl
