but how does SPC compare to others leike LURF which is heavily advertised as well? then what about Inovar? my id ask us to use this
easilest way is to look at certification prefer Europe certification like E1.

do check the click type, wear level (prefer to be at least 0.5mm), thicker vinyl

for me the reason i think about vinyl is cause tile is expensive, if money not a problem, tile will be my choice

Hi all, need some help on the vinyl flooring. Went to expo and visited evorich booth today. Was told there are two types of vinyl: certified (herf) and non certified (coneto). The sales person told me both are from the States also but coneto is much cheaper due to they did not send for certification. Anyone heard of this? The price diff is quite a lot like 6.25 (herf) vs 3.80 (coneto). Will appreciate if anyone feedback if you happen to come across this previously

Did you see samples of Coneto? Previously when I was looking for Evorich, I saw that the cheaper one was thinner. Not sure if same model.

Anyway it's not made in USA but China.

Do check if the price include GST?

I thought it looks thinner and from China also but the person said it is not. The thickness is only 4mm.

U may want to ask them to show you the packaging. It's not from US. The thinner one is a cheaper range. That's what I remember previously. I had one sale person tell me it is from US. I didn't take his word and went to Expo home show to check it out. That guy who served me was more honest. Said it's manufactured in China. Thinner range not so long lasting and not tested.

Get them to tell you the Price with GST and you compare.

i took up mori flooring. 0.7mm wear layer + 5mm thickness. not bad. my existing unit vinyl is from Evorich herf, so i get them to quote me for my next unit.. about 4.2 to 4.8k...

mori quoted me 2.7k. vast difference in pricing but spec wise, mori is better.

It will never be. The evorich promo price u see is not herf. Dont be misled. I went to talk to their sales, they say that 2.88 promo price are for recycled vinyl.

They always advertised amazing prices and even say lowest price etc...but when I ask them, it's not for herf.

Oh I didnt look into that, but i know they went through certifications and also show me the diff thickness of the wear layer. Did a permanent marker test as well. Looks good for the price so dont wanna think so much, just settled for it

Hi. It’s coated with a newly r&d coating and we name it “ titanium coating” as it has higher stain and scratch resistance that can clean off permanent marker stain using tissue. You can Facebook and search for Mori homz pte ltd and there is a video explaining that.
