Hi. It’s coated with a newly r&d coating and we name it “ titanium coating” as it has higher stain and scratch resistance that can clean off permanent marker stain using tissue. You can Facebook and search for Mori homz pte ltd and there is a video explaining that.

just wait for my new bto to be here in a few yrs, then i get your company to install the floor

Yes! Hihi John. Thanks for the job well done. Your workers are hardworking and helpful. Love the flooring in the living room, hinoki cypress. The color and grains is beautiful.

Yeah. Your house looks great with hinoki cypress. Chic and cool. Good choice made.

Price of vinyl

hi can anyone share their experience on vinyl flooring?

thinking of getting vinyl flooring for my 4rm flat however cannot make up my mind.

approached a few co and all are quite expensive compare to the contractor :(
evorich- vinyl from US
the floor gallery - ecoclick from korea
floorxpert - LURF from belgium
contractor - Lamett from US

can anyone share some insight with me please. from my understanding all click type vinyl seems to be water resist, slip resist and fire resist. i was told by my contractor that all vinyl are the same however my worry is already the VOC emission not sure if i can just go along with the Lamett that my contractor offered.

can anyone advise please? thanks!

Prices of vinyl flooring should be around $3-$6.50psf in Singapore.. anything above is way, way too expensive

Was just wondering... Do vinyl flooring companies do screeding as well for the floor or have to seperate get contractor?

Vinyl flooring companies usually do not do screeding. The contract usually says that you have to ensure that you floor is flat before they can lay the vinyl. So you will have to get your contractor to do it.

Yes and no, they do provided such service but they sub out to masonry workers.
Expect it to cost >$3.00 psf, cause they sub out.

Do vinyl the doors need to be sanded down? Since the floor will be 'higher'?

Not necessarily if the clearance is enough, reputable vinyl installer will have machine for sanding door as this is a common problem for them. Expect to be quoted ~$80-100 per door if you opt for cheap vinyl, that's how they make money, try to bargain to ~$50-60 per door. =)
