Since we are expecting genuine and non-genuine travellers, it could bring in more social, crime and other issues. I would think DPM and his team would have assessed the pros and cons before taking up the deal from the upgraded free trade agreement. We can't possibly cherry pick and choose only the good ones while leaving the bad ones to the party we are signing the agreement with.

Understand what you mean. From my observation, this year has seen a lot less of their corporate incentive tour groups (新马泰) and student trips in town. Independent couple, friend and family groups don't account for so much of the volume.
