Is it too late to port out on Monday? Considering the next billing cycle starts on 1st of the month. Think Vivifi charges to CC on the 27th or something right?

Thought of want port out then realize should be not enough time already.

Finally threw towel, ported out from Vivifi. Have a couple of instances where i get full network but extremely slow internet to the point where I can't even make paylah payment. And these are at outside shopping malls on a typical weekday evening (non-event etc). I don't believe its Singtel network issue or excessive usage (barely hit 10GB/mth), definitely feel more like deprioritised.

Could be, but then reception is still full bar, just no data throughput. Especially strange when its it is outdoor right beside MRT station and shopping mall, very little reason for network issues. I do hear of network congestion during mass gathering like concert, but my experience was weekday evening with no on-going event.

At times like these, it may help to turn flight mode on then off.
