Thank you! I was afraid that the 28th transaction date would not be posted in time by 30th/31st but hearing of your experience reassures me. Also, it's fantastic that it counts as online category, as I've tried giga before and it doesnt count as online for both OCBC Frank and DBS LF (learnt it the hard way). Thanks very much for sharing!
Thanks for confirming both OCBC FC & DBS LF do not classify Giga as "Online" category. But weird that FC left it out as I remembered there was a promotion with Giga some time ago.

I submitted porting request on 1 May (Sat) and it was in process on 3 May (Mon). And this morning, 4 May (Tue), successfully ported over. No fuss and fast.

Saw some issues faced by customers mentioned on Google Review:

1. Problem in receiving OTP from banks etc.
2. 6GB used up sooner than what phone records and quickly back to throttled speed.

Any users encountered the above mentioned problems? Thanks!

any link to the google review ? i google "google review vivifi", i only see seedly which shows 4.6 out of 5 stars with 128 reviews.

Google "vivifi google review", the google review link is on the right-hand side panel. 3.5 out of 5 stars with 12 Google Reviews. I'm using desktop to search.

so far, those with initial otp sms problems i see in this forum seems to be more common when porting across the different main networks. some pages back, someone ported from m1 have some issues.

i ported from (singtel combo2) to (singtel sim only 12 months) to (vivifi lite). everything worked right from day 1. all my critical essential otp sms were ok from day 1. more than 7 months now, so far so good. i use mainly voice & sms, rarely use the data, and have never come close to my 3GB limit. also no billing issues.

Anyone encounter problem on receiving SMS intermittently? As in, sometimes received, sometimes retry and retry also cannot receive.

Those on Vivifi share plan coming to 1 year, what is your plan after the 1 year promo is up? I have a total of 5 lines sharing this plan and will reach 1-year mark in 3 mths times. VIVIFIUS promo for each additional @ $5.35 is only for 1 year?

Give Vivifi an email. This should be able update your plan.
otherwise z1 and circles family is also a good choice.

I just registered for Lite plan from M1. Now waiting for port in process from M1. Hopefully everything will be smooth process. Will update here if I have any problem for the future user!

Reason why vivifi:

1. Singtel network
2. Offer lite package for less than $10
3. Free registration (I couldn't find provider offering less than $10 plan with free registration and zero deposit up front)

Just to update my porting progress from M1 to Vivifi.

I registered from their website on Friday (25 June) via Singpass and received approval within the same day.
Opted for delivery since there is discount on delivery fee for the customer registered via Singpass.

I underestimated their delivery, was hoping to receive the simcard on Tuesday (28 June) so that I will have 2 working days to port out from M1 Bespoke plan, which is will renew automatically on 1st July. Their delivery surprisingly quite slow and I received my simcard delivered by J&T today (30 June)

Since it is very unlikely my number will be port out from M1 today, I decided to activate my simcard somewhere in July. Reason is just simply I do not want to pay double for July to M1 and Vivifi.

CSO mentioned that bill from Vivifi will start from the day we activate the simcard and we have 30days to activate the simcard from the day we registered.

So my advice if you plan to port over to Vivifi, do consider to register earlier and reserve at least 2 weeks time so that you will have enough time before contract renewal

Can activate later?
I collected mine and it was activated within 1 hr.

Did you register using Singpass?
Self activation only available for the user who registered using Singpass. This is clearly stated in their website and confirmed by CSO.

If the user manually registered (ie without Singpass), then the sim will be activated automatically
