I just tried to sign up for fun - apparently Vivifi allow Heya port in, of course even if I enter the promo code, I wont get the "12mth free 1GB roaming + 3 mth free 5G + 3rd mth free $10 rebate"

anyway, still stick to Heya, cos Vivifi no data rollover

season porter, can check with u, when is a better time to port out?
Understand that the bill is for the last month
Eg 1st May receive bill, charging period is for Apr usage, then bill charge will get deducted on 25 May.

Any pro rate and refund if port out middle of the mth?

Port out vivifi pro rate.. Depend who is your current provider not all will..

As per what gapboy just said!

You should port out from VIVIFI after received the 2nd bill.
