Having 3G network issues at a particular location - cannot receive calls. And because VIVIFI has no VoLTE, it means no calls at all when in that area Emailed VIVIFI but no response. Any suggestions?

1. talk to your provider to improve the reception at that particular location
2. alternatively check which provider is having good reception and subscribe to that provider
3.don't do anything and suffer in silence

Real. There are conditions for $20 on Vibe promo page. You will need to stay 3 months to get $10, followed by $2 per month for next 5 months. Do read through the conditions, do not get overjoyed by the prospect of $20 rebate.
Nothing wrong if you're planning to stay. =) All discounts are good now that the cost of living is still rising. GST is set to rise another percentage point, and if the start of this year was anything to go by, next year will be quite terrible.

Switched over from GOMO 5G recently to Vibe plan. To be honest data speed wise can't really tell a big difference for my use. But oh boy the voice calls quality is a serious step down. Monitoring to see if it bothers me enough to switch back to GOMO in the near future

Never had the chance to try out VoLTE as I ported out before GOMO enabled it for their users. How would you describe the differences in the call quality?

Nowadays I phone call much less as compared to 1+ years ago (nowadays 30-50mins/month vs 500-700 mins last time) but it's always good to have VoLTE la. See when SingTel going to give it to rest of their MVNO haha

Anyone experienced this? Porting in failed and the ported in number now is not in use when you called it.
