Yes I manually make payment this month as I noticed they didn’t deduct . Today they auto deduct again .

already sent a feedback to them .. waiting for them to reply
any reply from them regarding your double payment?

Hello bros, can ask if you guys are charged for the first month right from the signing up page like the other MVNOs or do they only charge after the full cycle?

I port in from singtel but the iPhone still showing the temporary number.

The singtel port in number works.

How to settle my iPhone showing only the temporary number?

After port in, must inform singtel to terminate ?

vivifi temp sim is activated by default, no need to do anything your current line will be deactivated once porting is finished

I used their new Sim since 2 days ago


I still see my iPhone showing VIVIFI temporary number instead of my number. Is it I must do setting or the porting not complete. :(

porting is 1-3 working days .. if still not port contact them direct. Your original line still working but what you described.

Will disable the iMessage remove the temp number?
Disable iMessage and FaceTime. Wait some time, and then enable it. You will have to send another international SMS for activation. Usually that clears.

As a general rule of thumb, for iPhones I don't insert the SIM card early when porting because of this temporary number nonsense that can throw off iMessage. I usually wait for porting to be successful then I insert the SIM a few hours later (usually in the morning).

For port over customers, telco should just inform their customers (preferably with a note on the SIM card itself) not to insert the new SIM card until 7 to 8 hours after their old SIM card has no more signal (which typically indicates that port over is completed). This will avoid all the temporary number hiccups.

Some people are so eager to insert and use the new SIM card first but end up screwing themselves.
