I don't think so? have to go thru their activation website for the sim card to start working but they don't say within how many days need to activate though.

I did mine thru singpass sign up and delivery to home.

I don’t think there’s an upgrade path for Vibe to permanent 5G. You’ll have to switch to their Binge plans for 5G.
