noticed i getting really poor network along downtown line tampines area -- macpherson stretch. wasnt as bad when i was still on 4G binge. coincidence or some ongoing work there?

on 4G vibe.

Hmm.. didnt save the invoice on my first month so not sure but i dont see why not.

Your prev month invoice can take a look? Got invoice that say you paid?

Regret porting in from GOMO to this vivifi
1) Port in was unsuccessful
2) 2nd attempt without changing any information port in went through
3) Now it is showing successful however when I go to dashboard talktime and data is 0

Hence I am unable to use the mobile line

Port in just port in. No much info to provide except ur current number. Sorry don't understand how u failed on ur point1.

On ur point3, u try sms and call out and none works even portal shows port in status as success?

early morning. I wrote to vivifi support.

About 3 hours 11am my data etc start to function with me doing anything

It’s my first time experiencing such thing for number porting

Those with Share plan, are you able to purchase Shareable Booster?

I don’t see the option so email support, they come back say only can share data, but their website says otherwise…

Even then, I don’t have option to buy shareable data 🤷‍♂️
