Yes, you are right.
My initial thinking was that that they could be settings that you might have missed hence my previous comments, but it seems your insurer does not provide that.

At this point, you can only depend on email then. Probably you want to give feedback to them?

As not to derail this topic away from Vivifi, did the SMS OTP worked before you came over to VIVIFI? If so, maybe can talk to VIVIFI as well. Doesn't hurt to ask about this issue since it really affects your overall experience
all worked well before port over to vivifi, im from starhub. and guess what. i have also port over my wife number (same from starhub) to vivifi. and she has no problem at all! and now i updated my profile sms contact in order to get the otp sms.

yes. have emailed to both parties. and status is still pending.

Quick check.
Any issue with porting from Gomo (ST)?

Friend looking to pay less(er) and thinking of switching.
I looked thru ST MVNO,
Vivifi, Zym, Zero1 & Heya.
All have similar $10 - 100GB+Roaming plans.

But seems like only Vivifi have eSIM.
Other than that, any other issues or concerns for choosing either one?

VIVIFI, Zym, Zero1 no VoLTE.
You cannot port in from ST/STMNVO for certain promotions

From all your previous posts here, you have been planting negative vibes about VIvifi here. All your play acting asking innocent looking questions are all with negative connotations. "heard this problem heard that problem", "sms plaque", the average user would not go to such lengths to bad mouth a company.

Saw a post earlier about bill generation but I don't really understand, hope someone can help.

So I signed up back in mid December, I got the bill some time in Jan. I have CC set up to pay for the bill but just to test, I did a manual payment before the due date (also in in Jan) and all is good.

Now already Feb 18, but I still have not been able to see Feb's bill. I thought the bill was generated early in the month and should be viewable by now but that doesn't seem to be the case?

We will most likely receive SMS message of the bill starting 19th or 20th
