 What differences do you expect? An esim is still a sim, just in digital form.

I've never tried esim before haha. Clueless about how the activation and all works.

If you are currently using an esim, how do you activate the new esim once the old esim loses connection? Must delete the old esim profile or something?

When I am using an esim as my main line already, will I still be able to use another esim for overseas data? Like those bought online (Shopee, Lazada etc.) to use only for overseas.

What happens to the old physical sim when you port out? Just no more network lor, same case with esim. Profile still there, just doesn't connect to any network.

How many esims can be installed on your phone and be actively usable depends entirely on your phone model. iPhones can store at least eight different esim profiles and 13 onwards can have 2 esim lines active at any one time.

What phone are you using for your eSIM?

Anyone got good deal for change of plan from vivifi customer service? I'm currently on 19.9 Vibe 5G with 1GB roaming want to see what's the best deal. I'm sticking with 5G though.

Was looking at Giga $18.33 for 300GB with 5G and 2GB roaming, went to Giga thread and noticed many people complain the 5G is SA only hence very limited connectivity.

https://campaigns.vivifi.me/vivifi-vibe5g

Got updated to this plan after emailing Vivifi.

Giga's offer better TBH but hearsay the 5G SA coverage not very good.

to add on, sticking with vivifi (ST) is a good choice. Starhub/M1 5G is almost all SA. If SA coverage is poor, NSA coverage is even worse

+1 I'm ok to try out the others too but I do find Vivifi on Singtel 5G NSA quite a good balance.

Dear Customer

Thank you for your support. We will be extending your mobile plan's free roaming perks to

- 2GB to Malaysia per month
- 1 GB to Thailand / Indonesia per month
for another 12 calendar months.

Due to 8 telecom competition? 😆

Yours is 4G or 5G? Can check how long the perks last in your account?
Dashboard -> Roaming Usage -> View

It will show your your expiry date for Vivifi Go - Roam7 and Vivifi Go - MYS.

Any tries or know if I can port from SingTel
Prepaid to Vivifi? Can I just do it directly or would I need to go through a process? Or not possible at all?
