Based on the deployment plans by IMDA, telcos are supposed to provide 95% SA coverage, and supplement with NSA, not the other way around.
So if it's still Sporadically Available, write in to IMDA and feedback the exact locations, call the telcos out for failing.
In terms of power usage, NSA is also more costly to maintain than SA. With rising electricity costs. I'm not sure pushing the more inefficient network makes any sort of sense. When we also consider much reduced latency, ability to support more cellular devices in the same area, increased bandwidth caps on SA, then it's quite senseless to even want to keep NSA.
