Despite having, 100 GB of data, and 2 GB of data for MY roaming, Vivifi chose to deduct from the Roam 14 of 3 GB, which was meant for more countries.

Therefore, if one has the intention of visiting other countries, after MY. Then will be left with no more data, after the Roam 14, 3 GB data was being used up.

Read from the thread of ZYM, the deduction was from the 100 GB.
Sent an email to Vivifi. The reply was.
Currently there isn't any priority consumption on roaming packs and cannot choose. It will depends on our system, which one to use first.

I sincerely, hope they will change.......

for vivifi roam value plan, has any existing vivifi user with plan managed to downgrade to this plan?

seems like its only for new number/port in? :/

else got any loophole? such as sign up new number then "port in" the existing vivifi to this new plan?

Suggest you write to Vivifi expressing interest to change plan (try not to mention downgrade or upgrade) and wait for their reply.
Managed to change from Vibe ($10) to Roam Value ($7.70)...

dont write email..... go the FAQ click the small url link in the answer or search this thread back to november somebody posted the direct link to the google form .... fill that form instead of email .... email can get ignored but the form works fast , what happens is pro-rated

you can change to this cheaper plan easily as long not those family share plan too many entanglement

no. Existing users can downgrade to that also. Done for mine from $10 vibe to it.

Why don’t you consider eight mobile, no fear of receiving, rejecting and making calls when overseas. Also making overseas calls from SG all included in $8 plan.
How this works?

u mean in overseas can make calls for free?

The discounted subscription fee of VIVIFI Roam Value plan at $6.80 per month for 12 calendar months from the month of SIM activation will only apply if a customer successfully makes a payment of $49.90 for 1 year subscription of the bundled Norton 360 Premium service within 14 days of submitting the order.

totally gimmick. Pay the useless subscription and end up more ex than usual price of $7.70.

Applicable for existing users too.

I changed from Plus 9 ($9.50) to Roam Value ($7.70).

If your existing plan is not a shared plan, you can use their link to change plan:

I terminated one of my Vivifi lines last month (they confirmed it was terminated 31 Jan) and paid for the whole of Jan. then now they tried to charge me $3.73 dunno for what. Cannot access the bill too. Thanks to this thread I already switched to prepaid card with no money loaded before they terminated the line.

I applied for downgrade and received email on 3 Feb and checked from usage that it was downgraded from 200GB to 100GB on 3 Feb. But the credit card charged on 26 Feb was still $10.

Will wait till next bill to see if they adjust to $7.70.

Does Vivifi have good data Speed?
Can anyone comment?

i find it ok. never have much issue with data speed for vivifi, not much issue of blind spot or whatever.. even i am on 4G only without 5G...

even now using data roaming 100GB free in bolehland, it is fast also since can use 5G....

I put in my downgrade/plan change request in early Jan 2025 and received their email confirmation. The bill I received in end-Jan for period Dec 2024 was still the old price.

The bill I received in end-Feb (few days ago) for period Jan 2025 was for $7.70 minus adjustment for proration.

So, your next bill to be received in Mar 2025 (for period Feb 2025) will be for the lower amount of $7.70 minus adjustment.

for me , the month I change plan was charged around same old price , subsequent month was slightly lower than 7.70 to offset the pro-rated of previous month remainder days at the lower plan
