Okay, thanks for the info.

My lines on M1 and they have three fixed billing cycles - 7th, 14th and 21st of the month.

So Vivifi is one fix cycle from the start to end of every month?
yes for me. Maybe need more ppl to report their dates too to double confirm

For Dec bills, due date is 28 Dec. As payment is automatically through the credit card that you provided.
Consider good giving 28 days usage first then for payment deduction on 28th each month

Can I check if anybody knows what are the billing cycles for Vivifi?

Start, middle or end of the month?

The invoice date is always first day of the month. Due date is by 28th of the month.

Yes, call forwarding supported on Vivifi. I have forwarded my Vivifi line to my other main line.

I can second Vivifi's signal is better than M1. Most of the time my M1 signal is 1 bar less than Vivifi.

Give Vivifi a try, they are really fuss-free no frills MVNO. :s12:

once u port over, its consider terminated of the contract you have with the previous telcom. as for prorated, u will need to check with your previous telcom, but i think most do, a few does not (esp like GOMO)

Saw this...

VIVIFI Plus (6GB) is now available at a promo price of $9.98*/month.

*$9.98/month for the first 12 months; $12.98/month thereafter.

So need to port out again after 12th month?

Anyway...i just signed up and submitted the port in

Now need to find time to self collect....

Hi, can check with you is the collection from them quite seamless? And is there anything to take note as well?

As my mum will be collecting on her own due to the name of the number is under hers.

yes, just 1-2mins settled.

Just need to tell the person in vivifi uniform your order number and show nric. No need signature.

You can collect on her behalf, just fill in the authorisation form in the confirmation email.
