First time I used a 50GB plan and had not enough to last for a month.

Did you just start this month ? Because first month is prorated from activation date to end of the month.

Or maybe did a lot of speedtest ?

Convert to which plan : Latest Vivifi Plus forever 9GB, 350 min, 200 SMS

The words they used in the reply were :
