Don't need to transfer ownership.Since the number is under your name, the vivifi account should be signed up under your name so that the porting request can be processed with the correct ownership. Your current situation is as good as some random person signed up for a new line and requested to port your number to this new line.
Perhaps the easiest way to resolve this is to sign up for a new vivifi account under your name and proceed with the port in request and cancel the existing temp line that vivfi has assigned to your dad's account after the 2 minimum billing cycle.
I was thinking transfer of ownership might be an option since I did it for free through starhub quite some time back but vivifi charges for it and takes quite some time to process as well. https://help.vivifi.me/hc/en-us/articles/4401905943065-Transfer-of-Ownership
VIVIFI allows FMNP with transfer of ownership at point of porting.
