I have only a small issue with the online portal still not showing the updated usage balance I have left.
The first month numbers on the online portal are just about useless because it is pro-rated. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Hi guys, I have switched over from Singtel Combo 2 plan to Vivifi Plus plan. So far no major issues.

Signed up on 27th Mar night and got the confirmation email on 28th Mar morning. Collected my SIM card at Raffles Places MRT station in the afternoon.

29th Mar morning 5 am received an SMS to inform me that porting was completed.

I have only a small issue with the online portal still not showing the updated usage balance I have left.

Did a Speedtest on my mobile phone for both my Vivifi and Singtel (corporate) sim cards [Placed Vivifi card in SIM1 and Singtel card in SIM2] at Gambas Crescent area. Here are the results:

Vivifi:
Download: 38.1 Mpbs
Upload: 4.39 Mpbs

Singtel:
Download: 40.0 Mpbs
Upload: 3.73 Mpbs
Be careful of your usage. You port-in on 28 or 29 Mar so will prorate. Your data allocation for Mar will be about 1GB.

Thanks for explaining. I shall max out the data usage and test for the reduced data speed.

Porting service is 1-2 business day not include weekends, you can sign up and collect sim first. Check vivifi website support for collection points to you convenience https://help.vivifi.me/hc/en-us/articles/360041406553-VIVIFI-SIM-Self-Collection-Free-

Today ard 10am, I jus signed up for the vivifi share 180(with porting) + additional sim = $40 + $6. I opt for the $5 delivery.
Perhaps I shall share here the timeline of my processes.

1/4(fri)10am: Registered and signed up for Vivifi share 180 + 1 additional SIM.

2/4(sat)8am: Recieved sms for SIM delivery within today by ParkNParcel.
2/4(sat)2pm: SIM cards delivered, 230pm: activated the SIM cards. 4pm: test the additional SIM to be working on my ipad.

4/4(mon)11am: recieved email that my number porting will take place btw 11pm - 4am that day.

5/4(tue)after 2am: number porting successfully completed (6am I woke up to transfer my main vivifi SIM into phone to test ok)

Then I realised, their entire website nvr say its 5G or 4G plans. It's minimumly 4G rite?

All vivifi plans are 4G only.

hello hi gentlemen, I am keen getting the VIVIFI Plus Plan Plus (9GB) plan @ $9.00/mth.

How does the throttle speed (after 9gb of usage) fare? I usually use my data for watching tiktok and youtube videos.. Does it load properly?

Thanks!

No, it's only usable for basic texting. Not designed for anything else.
