porting process is same as all Telco ... not sure you have port over from other telco before . Issues only happens if there's pending contract on existing line and payment not settled or submitted wrong port in information.

There should be 0 % interruption as porting takes place after 11pm over night .

Thanks for your reply.

Never ported before. As long as still can receive calls on my original number then it doesn't really matter if it takes a few more days to port it over. I thought once porting process is started that number will be unreachable until the process is completed lol.

Can pm me your referral code please? It's not much but better than nothing. :D Thanks.

Anyone port out before the 2 months commitment is up?
Any penalties?

If have penalties:
Let's say I port in to Vivifi on 15 June, I can port out on 16 August "safely" right?

It's not 2 months. It's 2 billing cycles. Vivifi's billing cycles follow the calendar month. However, the first billing cycle covers both the rest of the month that you sign up in (pro-rated) & the following month.

If have penalties:
Let's say I port in to Vivifi on 15 June, I can port out on 16 August "safely" right?

So, if you port in on 15th June,
Billing Cycle 1 : 15-30 June, 1-31 July
Billing Cycle 2 : 1-31 Aug

You can port out anytime in August. However, as Vivifi does not pro-rate the bill for the month you port-out, whether you port out on the 1st or 31st, you have to pay for the whole month of August.

Hi, I just activated and ported yesterday. Then last night MyRepublic sim no longer have signal.
This morning I can dial out from vivifi and it’s my old MyRepublic number, but when I try to dial my old number, I still get M1 number not in service.

anyone face this problem before? Or I am just “lucky”?
