Should be at the beginning of each month.
You must log into your Vivifi account to check the bill.

First bill a bit late. I was worried my line cut off because nothing charged to my card.

I port in on 28 Jun 2021. They deducted 28 Jun to 31 Jul on 30 Jul.

anybody knows when will I be billed? I ported and activated early last month but till now still haven received my 1st bill.
In their FAQs, it’s mentioned that your first bill after porting over from another Telco = Prorated payment of 1st month + Full payment of 2nd month. Hence you will likely only receive the bill close to the end of your 2nd month.

For your case, sometime at end of Oct

so their billing is end of the month and not begining of the month la.

they will send you sms a few days before deducting your card
A bit strange.
I did not get a sms a few days before deduction (using GRAB card).

However, I got an email when the deduction was made (at beginning of 2nd "full month").
From the few preceding posts, I think card deductions are made at end of 1st "full month" or beginning of 2nd "full month" depending on whether there is a weekend or public holiday at the end of the 1st "full month".
The billing should be one or two days prior to date of card deduction.

Actually the FAQ didn’t specify when. below is the full FAQ response:

Your first bill amount will appear higher, as it consists of the following:

1. Pro-rated charges for the month in which the SIM card was activated.
2. Full monthly subscription fee for the following month.

Subsequent bills will consist of the subscription fee for one month and the excess incurred charges for the month (if any).

Example:

You have collected and activated the SIM as at 04th Nov.

Your monthly subscription fee is pro-rated for the month of November.
December subscription fee will be charged in full.
Your first bill will be issued in December and it will include charges for November (pro-rated) and December (full amount).

If during peak hour and crowded then most likely is the throttling. Singtel MVNOs like GOMO and Zero1 all also experience throttling from my usage and speeds can drop to below 1 Mbps.

How u get the information on who's the highest priority in St network?

Sent from A universe Where pink PWNED everything
I don’t have the information as that would be classified. I read through all the telco threads and based on user’s feedback you can have a rough idea. Some users have also posted their side by side speed comparison of the different telcos so you can see the apparent throttling. As the saying goes, 一分钱一分货/you get what you pay for.
