Any luck to enjoy the $10 plan without porting out?Thanks sir. I emailed them. Actually I am thinking of switching to Gomo. $17+ for 100+gb or $25+ for 200gb (5G). Super nice deal.

Currently on BINGE + 5G Booster $23.21 a month want to see if switch to VIBE the 5G booster still can add or not. Any clue?

Do you guys use 5G on Vivifi? Just curious. As I find experience at my usual area better with 5G at a cost of $7 a month haha

How to trigger a change of plan?
Please send an email to help@vivifi.me if you would like to upgrade or downgrade your mobile plan.
Change of mobile plan will be processed on the 7th, 15th and 21st day of the month. If the date falls on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day. Please note that after the plan change request has been processed, your new plan entitlements/ subscription fee will be prorated for that month.
Plan change will take around 3 to 5 business days to have the display updated.
Note: Only one plan change request allowed per month for each mobile number.
To switch your mobile plans, please email help@vivifi.me and provide the following information :
1. Email address registered for the mobile number
2. Last 4 digit of the NRIC/ID of the registered name
3. Mobile number
4. Current existing plan
5. Convert to which plan
I don't think got charges to downgrade. But to qns your qns, i believe can downgrade and still add on booster. But best to confirm. They reply quite fast for fb msg
I don't need that many GB and also when I ported into Vivifi, I ported in on 4G plan at $16 for 50GB with option to enable 5G Booster + 10GB at $7 ($23 when it was 7% GST, now $23++). So in case I don't feel like the 5G is doing well I can just disable it and save $7 a month. But so far it's serving me alright. Gomo don't have that flexibility.is their CIS plan worth it? Circle life CIS plan quite good. For those who want 5G, why not go to Gomo?

You will be able to receive international SMS while roaming. International talk time and outgoing international SMS however will not be available. To make full use of your GOMO roaming plans, we suggest using your favourite chat or social apps while roaming overseas!

Unfortunately, if the promo code is not applied, you will automatically be registered for the GOMO base plan offering 20GB, 200 MINS & 200 SMS for $20.19.
6. What happens if my recurring payment fails?
If any of your recurring payments fail, your plan may revert to the base plan of 20GB, 200 MINS & 200 SMS for $20.19. All unused data, minutes, SMS will be removed and will not be rolled over to next cycle.
