2. Last 4 digits of the NRIC/ID of the registered name
3. Mobile number
4. Current existing plan
5. Convert to which plan

The VIBE plan is $10/mth for 100GB, 300min, 100GB. It comes with Free 1GB monthly recurring roaming data to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and South Korea for 12 calendar months.

We hope for your understanding that additional perks are for new signup / port in customers only

Has anyone tested the speed on Vivifi Vibe? I got a speed of around 8 to 15 Mbps, but I suspect it may just be my phone lagging. On another better phone that is on Zym I got 50 Mbps.
Thanks for confirming. Looks like it's QCI managed like Heya.

Deprioritisation is not the same as Throttling. I was curious when Vivifi openly said they do not throttle, and came across this article.

Depend on usage, speed might not be as important as ping.

Zym for gaming outside is quite bad, the ping is inconsistent and will constantly jump from good to bad. I don’t remember having such issue previously on vivifi.

Be it throttle or deprioritisation it will apply across all Vivifi plans right ?
We really won’t know unless someone volunteers to break into Vivifi’s head office and steal the contract agreements between Vivifi and Singtel. ;)

According to CSO, can get free 1gb roaming. But the free 5g and $10 rebate don't have. But the CSO say maybe 5g have
Thanks for your sharing. I got my niece to email Vivifi on Fri (Vesak day). Today she received their reply.

Just the free 1GB roaming. But we already happy that they allowed the change from 9GB plan to vibe 😀

Vivifi customer service usually nice.. They even extend my plus plan fee 30gb to 12 mth since I signed a few days earlier before the new promo..

Same reply. I don't need 5g because it drains battery. As for $10, I am currently playing $16 a month. I rather pay $10.

So, based on the T&C for vibe.

The free 5G trial and the 3rd month $10 rebate will only be given and starts from the next 2nd bill cycle.

Am I right?

For me. The Malaysia roaming data is not so important as I have onexox prepaid card to use. Plenty of data with that onexox bundle.

It is useful. My niece had to pay $5 for 1GB when she went to Malaysia for day trip.

I think this 1GB roaming seems more to compete with Simba

Anyone knows what happens when this 1GB roaming data is exceeded? Data will completely cut off or they will charge roaming data at a different rate?

That's good. Many many many years ago when I was in Shanghai and I was with Singtel, I didn't know my data roaming was on and I switch off when I realized it. When I got my next bill I had used 50mb of data and my bill was $300+.
