Wait, that means they’ll auto deduct 100GB / 30 day = 3.33GB per day? Even if you use less than 3.33GB per day they’ll deduct it daily.

Like that if whole month don’t use data and on the last day cannot use all 100GB at once?
Think proration applies for new plan or change of plan only.

I recall when we first port in they also prorate to the end of the mth. That's why dangerous to port in end of the mth for lower plan because may not have enough.

Next month should reset to 100GB/100GB. Then back to normal. You can whole month don't use and use 100 GB on last day.

Those who miss change of plan on 7th should be able to verify the proration. Eg if change of plan takes place on 15 Jun means prorated 53GB, if change on 21 Jun means prorated 33GB.

Let's see when they feedback.

Oh ok then if it’s only that 1st month pro rated. Haha would be very bad if every month it auto daily deduct like that and no point give 100GB.

lol i seldom get vivifi email now .. probably accidentally blocked it :p

Anyway after login trying to subscribe both viviifi vibe and vibe 5g is showing
No 5G for me still.
Only 4G leh.
Where to see if i get 5G?

changed to vibe 4g last week and now noticed that 5g plan.
Anyways, after they have ported my old number to the new sim card, no 5G signal (even if they mentioned trial for 3 months)..

So, based on the T&C for vibe.

The free 5G trial and the 3rd month $10 rebate will only be given and starts from the next 2nd bill cycle.

Am I right?
According to my conversation with them on FB, 5G trial will be given from port-in date.. (which is not the case for me, awaiting for their response)

I did browse through the T&C.

I think it starts on the 2nd billing cycle if I'm right.

how is the Vivifi vibe?
I want to port over from Heya.
reason being: the free 1gb roaming.
per the T&C, even if you indicate the promo code, you wont get the free 1gb roaming since you port-in from Heya. Only non-Singtel port-in can enjoy the roaming. Maybe want to check with the CSO to confirm?

same as zym singtel / heya / gomo are not entitled

Just saw T&C, hopefully that is the case. (Their FB team might need to check T&C before replying)

Now I have another issue with it. sim card saved the tempo number given to me, and I'm unable to change it to my old number. Thus unable to use iMessage..
Their FB team redirected me to their email, waiting for their response.
