If I already have a line for Vivifi which is under my name and used by my father and registered to my email, if I want another line on $10 vibe to port in my own number, can I register under the same account/email ?

Because I only have one email account.
I think can as long as under your name

Can, if you use Gmail.

i am not sure why there's a confusion :)

"You are allowed to use the same ID to apply for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans!" as per the FAQ link
ie your "bcdef@gmail.com"
Oh. Because after the first Para that can use the same ID, 2nd Para says need to register new account. And third Para guide says to use abcdef+vivifi02@gmail.com. 🤔

You are allowed to use the same ID to apply for multiple VIVIFI mobile plans!

Simply register for a new account to sign up for more VIVIFI plans. You may refer to this guide for steps on registering for a new VIVIFI account.

If you would like to use the same email address that you have previously used to register for a new VIVIFI mobile plan, please refer to this guide.

Hi, I am a current Vivifi subscriber and just noticed that they do not have any published contact number or live chat option. All correspondence with them seems to be via their "help@vivifi.me" email address which can takes up to 1-3 business days for a reply.

Thus checking out to see if my understanding on above is correct?

If so, then I would think that this is quite unacceptable in times of emergency (e.g. lost of phone) where we need to replace our sim card asap.

Right. Then I think this is potential red flag to be with vivifi in times of emergeny. Imagine waiting 1-3 days for a reply from them to get our sim card replaced.

As I prefer to be on Singtel network, was just looking at Singtel sim-only plan and their pricing is really crazily expensive at this day. For Gomo, it seems that we can only recieve SMS when overseas (but cannot send). So now I am really "stuck" as seems like there is no one to switch to. Lol.

to have a shop front you pay for the rental and staff .. so if you really "need" critical support go to big 3 .. or even simba they have shop front at orchard and retailers

There is a reason why mnvos can charge cheaper.

If you want ease of mind then just have to pay more. You do have a choice.

Guess that's the only way. Pay much more for better service. Thanks.
I'm not so sure about the "better service" part, from my own experience. ;)

Even Singtel shops put you to the booth on a video call, settled by someone who isn't even in Singapore. And I have at times discovered the person on the other side has no idea what they are talking about - they only follow script.

Just submitted the porting of my main mobile line from giga to vivifi.

I have been using my secondary mobile line running vivifi and the network is better than giga. And now that it is cheaper (50gb vs 100gb + 1gb free roaming), it is a no brainer to port in.

Interested in getting this. Anyone using this with Pixel 6a? Any problem? Does phone call work normally with the phone app or I need to install app for phone calls? Thanks.
