They commit to 3 working days reply and i really did get a reply within the stipulated timeframe:

"Thank you for reaching out!
Our customer support team has received your message and will get back to you within 3 working days. (Monday - Friday excluding eve of and public holiday, 9am - 6pm)"

works per normal. But i dont bother it anymore since I travel to Msia often. Subbed Yoodo (Malaysia telco) for it.

My $10 Vivifi Vibe is now on 5G network. The average download speed is about 200 to 240 Mbps...

Not sure what's going on.
My Vivifi SIM card suddenly went dead on network. I changed the SIM card to another cellphone and it remained dead. I then switched to WiFi to visit the Vivifi webpage Dashboard to check on my usage bundle, and was shocked to see everything reflected as zero 😱😱😱

I experienced too. Cant call and sms too. Till at least 0430 hours

anyone on vibe 5g plan?

worth the extra $9.90?
wanted to try out, but didnt get the free trial and unable to add as booster. . .

Why not port to zym? Same Singtel 5G NSA for 3 mths on the secret plan. Don’t like then port back to Vivifi 4G plan.
