just ported out from vivifi, but I haven't received my Oct bill yet.
Now can't log into my vivifi account anymore. Don't know how will I pay for my Oct bill when it arrives? Or if it will be free lol

When i ported out, my account was still active for 1-2 weeks before it was closed.

Anyway, there is the auto deduction that will happen before 25th if you have linked a card.

If not, probably they will contact you ba

I jumped out of vivifi to simba last month. Today I just re-sign up for vivifi. Simba is chui to the max. So many locations can't load data. When I need Hotspot to my work device the most, can't get it. Never going back simba. Their 5g speed is as good as 3g or 4g.

likely it is virtually permanent i guess...

i still have few more months to go.. will monitor after it ceases...

Truly disgusted by vivifi, emailed multiple times since 2 weeks ago, still not able to terminate my line.

I strongly warn against anyone planning to sign up with them.

since cannot terminate, then easiest way is to port out to other MVNO then terminate from there.

today VIVIFI continue to charge my credit card of $10 even though i had port out to other mobile provider on the 6th September 2024.

i had ported into VIVIFI on the 1st May 2024.

Same here. They billed me today when my line with them I had already ported out in mid of sept. Got a shock. Need to email them. Anyone knows where is their office? Like totally no address of their office at all.
