I emailed Vivifi to terminate my Vibe4G plan on 8 Sept. I received no acknowledgement after 7 days so emailed again on 17 Sept. I also received email from them on 26 Sept informing me that my account will end on 30 Sept On 28 Sept I received email from them that they had successfully charged $8 to my credit card account. Now I'm not sure is this for payment for current Sept month or is it for Oct. If it's for Sept then it's valid but if it's for Oct then they shouldn't be changing me. Anyone knows whether they are charging me correctly or not?

Lol... Since when hwz will know? We aren't your help desk. Either U refer to their faq on their billing method or ask their cs

The charging is correct.

did anyone change plan from vibe to the 15$ roamMY?
says on the webpage that only 'port-in' gets free 12 mths 5G. Did anyone try to change?

My current plan with Vivifi is more expensive than Vivifi Vibe port in promo . Is this worthwhile to port out to zym for 1 month before porting in back to Vivifi?

can. Also gets 3 months free 5G again.

port to something else .. no freebies like roaming after 12mth is a deal breaker for almost everyone.. M1 maxx 7.90 plan is a good deal to port to as well
The $7.90 plan is a scam
Have been paying 9.90 last month and this month.

Why changing name on Vivifi so difficult?

Like many, my name is reversed in my profile, something which Iearnt was a thing from this thread 😅

So I reached out to them, gave documentation, and they say they will make the change in 3-5 working days. Great!

It’s been 2 weeks (so like 10 working days) and still no change. That difficult meh?

Those who changed name order, was your experience just as painful?

I think like all other mvnos like eight or zym, they are not large company with large manpower.

Not sure if vivifi has a HQ for customers to go down to their service centre. Like others had did with Zym and eight, go down to flip table to make your issue resolve faster. No choice, but you have to find a date to do it.

Vivifi overall has bad workflow system and lackluster CS. My ownership change request also took very long. Submitted the form but receive immediate rejection email, contacted their CS and days later told me just proceed with the next steps as per guide (as it's by default their system send rejection email LOL). Then did all the required steps, no status update from them at all- have to keep checking manually daily to confirm ownership change has effected. 10 days after my ownership change completed Vivifi emailed me saying that it's successful, what a joke. If I didn't check manually I would have thought the whole process took a month. I'm never going back to that shitty MVNO (on top of bad 4G experience). Ported out everything ever since. Oh not to forget I failed to port out of my Vivifi main line due to their system down issue, for 4 straight attempts.
