eh what talking you? You register port-in on 1st may, but also initial port out with other provider in sep.. that is 4 months apart...
Registered Port in to VIVIFI on 1st May, registered to other provider to port out of VIVIFI on 6th Sept...

Regarding my case. I wasn't charged in the month of Sept. So the bill in October was for Sept and they attached the bill for me.

Hope it is the same case for the rest of the pple.

have an elderly who is going to be traveling and trying to see if there’s a way to block incoming/outgoing calls while allowing incoming SMS (for OTP).

I see can enable/disable Global Roaming, but that seems to be all or nothing. Turning it off means no signal, so won’t even get the SMS but turning it on opens up the possibility of being charged high roaming calls.

Any suggestions on how to approach this?

See if your phone app have function to block overseas call, number with + will be blocked automatically, this include SG number with +65 when you are overseas.

Do you think existing Vibe customers can switch to this plan?

Using an iPhone and I don't think there's such a functionality built-in unfortunately

first asked on 24th October.

then asked again on 28th, 30th, 4th Nov and today 6 Nov.

Never reply.

They really don't want my money? I thought when I didn't pay, they should be the one worrying. Looks like not

Hi guys, did anyone manage to transfer ownership during port in to vivifi? May i know which previous telco are you on?

Reason for asking cause Myrepublic block my port in with ownership transfer and insist on internal transfer first with the fees x2 but because of this failed port in, 2 temp lines with vivifi was also active already. Lol.. Thanks
