How does this compare with the Vibe plan? If I no need 200GB, this plan is better than the Vibe plan right?

Nope you doesnt. Its not automatic.

I used to have 6 vibe lines, now i left with 3.

Roaming to 12countries are nice but 3gb is still too little compare to other mvno. Give 5 or 8gb is better

wow. did not know that vivifi now has this roam value plan that is even better than the vibe plan that is at much cheaper subscription per month?

anyone has switched from vibe to this?

obviously better than vibe rite? since 200GB is useless, even 100GB also cannot finish...

and all the rest of benefits are the same except price is cheaper...

i also want to change to this...

Hi guys, did anyone manage to transfer ownership during port in to vivifi? May i know which previous telco are you on?

Reason for asking cause Myrepublic block my port in with ownership transfer and insist on internal transfer first with the fees x2 but because of this failed port in, 2 temp lines with vivifi was also active already. Lol.. Thanks
Do you mean your Vivifi account belongs to one NRIC and your MR account belongs to another NRIC? If so, I've ported in many lines in this state without issue.

One thing to note is that you will get the failed port-in notification and to check with your current provider first, but if you leave it be, they complete the port successfully the next day in all my cases.

thanks for the heads up on the port-in failure SMS, I was panicking for a while. Porting my eight line to this Vivifi Roam Smart plan.

Ported out from Vivifi end August, suddenly Oct they charged my card an amount of $7++ ( my old plan was $11.50). Tried emailing them and FB but totally no response. Any encountered smth similar? Worst case I'll need to alert IMDA liao anyhow charge, already cancelled the card.

Same here. Ported out from vivifi and they still charged my card. Email them no response too. Look for IMDA got use?

I saw people commented on their instagram about the same issue and i commented too there. They are so active to keep delete our comments on instagram.

so solution i think it is to change to a prepaid visa/mastercard such as singtel dash card and inside keep no money then there is no way for them to auto charge the bill after that?

they block u aka holding u to ransom
this is serious lei

porting between nric or uen/brn across carrier with correct details will go through
because its a backend system only do matching of id details for approval base on theory

Cant change payment mode or remove card detail after port out or termination of line.

I actually tried to change card before porting out also but I couldn't even log in their website. Seems like they are trying to run the same ponzi scammy tricks like Circle and Maxx. Guess we need to lodge complaints to IMDA liao. More complaints faster action taken. Hope this MVNO gets dissolved or absorbed soon, real shitty company.
