I don't remember reading this anywhere, if that's the case they would have billed me the full month of $11.50, plus I requested to port out 10 days before last day of the month, Vivifi screwed up my port out and only managed to port out on last day of the month.could it be possible that the charge was due to the date u actually ported out? becos i remembered if one ported out before certain date, there will still be a new bill charge.

They only tell me refund done, without giving explanation on the $7+ deducted. So I dont think your hypothesis makes sense.
Bro, your reply is exactly the reason why I said your hypothesis makes no sense. Vivifi bills from 1st to last day of the month. I initiate port out 10 days before last day of the month, Vivifi screwed up and only ported successfully last day of the month aka 31st August before 12am aka Vivifi signal no more. So why do I need to pay an extra month?i dun think my explanation makes no sense... becos port out needs time, and when u are really ported out will decide if u are still being charged for a new bill for next month...
i had used vivifi before and i ported out and ported in to vivifi before..
no matter which MVNO i am in for the current telco, i always ported out 1 week in advance minimally to ensure that the port out is completed before the next bill charged.
Whileu u mentioned that u ported out on last day only, there could be the case u are charged with additional bill.
i had ported out from vivifi before, i never kena extra bill.
they refunded u purely due to the case u logged with IMDA i guess.. normally they would rather refund u instead of dealing with u for the case given the time and effort spent. but it does not necessary meant that ur refund is valid.

How to apply for Termination
Please email the following information to help@vivifi.me using your registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the end of the month in order for us to process it.
Termination is aligned with the calendar month. The last day of usage will be on the last day of the month of termination.
- Mobile number that you want to terminate
- Email address that you have signed up with
- Reason for termination
Port Out
For customers porting out, the last day of service will be the date on which the mobile number is ported out of VIVIFI. Please note that no refund will be made for the subscription fee charged for that month, i.e. if you are porting out of VIVIFI on 8 May 2023, you will still be charged the full subscription fee from 1 to 31 May 2023.
Do ensure that you have cleared all outstanding bill before Port out.
No pro-rated refund for Port-out/Termination
There is no pro-rated refund of the monthly recurring charge and entitlement during the month of termination/ port out for the number that is terminated/ ported out.

I just ported out from circles.life to Vivifi, no issue...Circle life has port out issue

Now waiting for see who is next, probably soon only those MVNO that has Red Green Orange as the parent company will survive.
I had similar experience with Vivifi 4G as well as GOMO 5G, ported out both since. You can try porting back to Zym but doubt it's gonna be different.anyone facing issue of indoors 4G speed on Vivifi to be unusable sometimes? Full bars but nothing can be loaded proper, already ensured apn settings are correct.
Xiaomi 14T with Vivifi eSIM.
don't recall my experience with Zym, another SingTel MVNO to have such slow speeds.
