Having no Caller ID for incoming calls since 29 November. Emailed Vivifi for help into this problem. As for today 7 December, no reply from Vivifi. Service seems to be on the decline.
I am having the same issue as you. No caller ID for almost 1 week. When port in from gomo also have problem. Leaving me no network and no line to use. Took half days to rectify the porting issue with Singtel. I just send them an email.

Your issue resolved as of 25 Dec?

Just received my bill for Dec. There is an additional charge for Global SMS sent to a 2nd World country, which I did not make. Have written to them, but it seems they need 7 days to respond. Hence they will deduct my money first it seems.

Anyone encountered this recently?

On iOS? If so usually phone will auto send out the message for global SMS. This is normal. Usually they will wave

My issue of no Caller ID, was finally resolved after 2 weeks. I did request for a change of SIM card, since CS wasn't able to resolve. Taken the replacement SIM card, but problem persisted.

Finally, CS emailed to reboot phone and Caller ID was back to normal.

I did asked, what was the cause? Reply was, reset was being carried out in the system.

IMHO, it should be done without the need to replace the SIM card.

Hi sbl2560,

Thanks for sharing your encounter. Glad that your issue is solved.

I am still waiting for their reply.

What reset does they mean? Mean whoever port over or sign up , once activated, need their staff to reset the system then things will go as normal? Strange. Thought should be automatically.

Should be no need replace SIM card. Hopefully they did not charge you for replacement of SIM card.

Vivifi said, Reset on Mobile Service was done and Caller ID was then available. I wondered this reset at done at Vivifi or Singtel end.
If it is just a reset at Vivifi side, then it shouldn't take so long to resolve.
The latest bill, didn't include a fee for the replacement SIM. Hopefully there isn't any at all.

reset is done at SingTel side. Mine got same issue with Zym. After they submitted to SingTel , took halfday to get back caller ID and 5G service etc. Previously was no caller ID and 5G svc etc. only 4G+ showing....

Okay. Thanks for the detail sharing. Not sure why only handful of us have such issue. Since the latest bill don't have, shouldn't be anymore.
