Thinking to port from Zero1 to CL then to Vivifi 5g to benefit from the 9 month promotion. Zero1 quite sticky and doesn't allow upgrading from Bold to Freedom plan without foregoing the free 6 months. Had previously thought to go for Bold since 5g NSA is good enough but wrong move on hindsight. Any blind spots to go CL then Vivifi 5g?
The bigger concern is Vivifi terminating the 9 mth promo before you can port in.

Thanks for sharing. Read that Vivifi extended till 30 Sep so enough time unless there is a minimum subscription period, before being allowed to port from Zero1 and CL?

I'm doing that actually, transiting to circles and then to Vivifi 5G $15 plan with 9 months free. Circles have to stay 2 months. I ported from zym to circles.

Yes, have to take note of the promo end date. It has been extended till 30 September. So if you are to port-out now to circles, you are unlikely to meet the criteria. But you can pray they extend the promo, just like in my case

can you ask circle if you can just pay the 2 months upfront, but still port out before 2 months finish

thanks. But can i port in and port out in Sep itself?
Don't think so. You need to stay at least 1month + some days of the second month. You can try, i'm not sure what implications, or will they block the porting.

I ported in on the 4th week on Aug, so i have completed 2 weeks in August. So in september, i can technically port out after i complete the 31 days. Idk, i'm also just trying, so don't quote me.

Earlier this year vivifi was giving free 3gb sim for new subscriptions (or port-in), has that ended or still ongoing ?

Port to Giga. Then port out. Pay the full month but you are free to go. I used Giga 1 week and left. CL cannot. So you need to tahan for 2 months.
tis method doesn't work because he specifically wants the 9 months free which is only porting in from CL then they give 9 months. From any other non singtel plans is at most 6 months only. Defeats the purpose

Mobile number to be ported in could be a Prepaid number. Please note that only Postpaid numbers can be ported in to VIVIFI. VIVIFI staff may contact you for verification.

Or port in to telco that accepts prepaid like CL? Port out to Vivifi later

Additional info
In Singapore, telcos that support converting from a prepaid to a postpaid plan include Circles.Life, giga, M1, SIMBA, StarHub, and eight. You can typically port your existing number directly to a postpaid plan with these providers.

I am a heavy PC user, mainly youtubing.

I go check my usage from the TP link router app.

Even on my fibre network: PC desktop which i use the most use up 70GB in 28 days.
I look at the most intense Iphone user at home who watch alot of videos, the usage is 80GB.

I was thinking between the 7.70 vs 10 which has a free 3 months for new sign up.

Actually $7.70 is more than enough for the 200gb local data

do take note that these sub $10 plans will be 4G only after a few months, due to singtel phasing out 5G NSA. If speed doesn't matter, than should be fine. Otherwise, can also consider other data only plans from simba or eight

I am now looking for a sim card wifi router for my warehouse.

It seems that most are on 4G. The 5G ones cost like 5x more.

For my mobile phone, I am on a vivifi old plan.
It seems that Vivifi has this culture of not allowing people to switch plan or enjoy new perks.
You have to port out then port back in to enjoy any
