10.2. Port-in from Non-Singtel networks: The successful port-in of the number from the operator specified by the Customer during sign-up must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Customer’s mobile plan order submission date. Following the successful port-in, the monthly subscription fee of $11 per month will continue to apply for the first three (3) bills from the mobile number port-in date. A promotional waiver of $10 per month (representing the base Vibe 4G plan fee) shall be applied to the subsequent three (3) bills (from the 4th to the 6th bill inclusive), provided the previous bills are paid in full and on time by their respective due dates. During this waiver period, the Customer shall remain liable to pay a fee of $1 per month for the 5G+ Value-Added Service.

I signed up this promo on tues and whole afternoon my account is waiting for verify. Then i email them and ask, then waited a whole afternoon then replied me say my credit card got problem. Then i realised i keyed wrong expire date. Because wasted 1 day already and i wanted to change from Psim to Esim. Then they said help me to cancel order and asked me to reapply again. Then yesterday i still can do anything when log in. Emailed them again and waited 1 day again then replied me say order cancelled already and asked me to reapply again. Then 1am received email from them ask me to update my credit card but i haven't reapply again. Now i logged in,my old order is still verifying and also cannot reapply. Their service damn slow and never do anything. By the way yesterday i already ported to Singtel hicard and number already ported over this morning

Your own mistake cannot blame them .. orders are orders . if you applied psim it is in their system, work the same with most companies cancellation is required.

Received email from VIVifi this morning on the free upgrade to my Vibe 4G plan :D

The Vibe Just Got Brighter.

Hi

Because you are a core part of our community, we want to make sure you are always getting the absolute best value from your mobile plan. To thank you for your loyalty, we are giving your Vibe 4G plan a massive, complimentary upgrade.

Starting from the first week of June 2026, your plan is getting a huge injection of extra local and roaming data—all at absolutely no extra cost. Your monthly subscription fee remains exactly the same.

Here is a breakdown of what is being added to your plan:

🔥 What is getting upgraded:

  • Your Local 4G Data: Upgraded from 500GB/month to 🚀 600GB/month (That’s 100GB more every month!)

  • Your Worldwide Roaming Data (Per Annum): 🌍 30GB per annum (Covers USA, UK, Italy, Maldives, Norway, and more).

  • Your 13-Destination Roaming Data: Upgraded from 12GB to ✈️ 15GB (Covers Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, and India).

Don't worry, your other massive perks are staying right where they are.

Your Monthly Price: Completely untouched. You get all of these extras for $0 additional.

How it works & What to expect:

You don't need to lift a finger. We will automatically apply these upgrades to your account by the first week of June 2026.

  • Local Data Boost: This will update automatically in the background. You won't receive an SMS for the local data boost, but you will see your new 600GB quota reflected in your account dashboard.

  • Worldwide Roaming SMS: For 30GB worldwide roaming pool, our system will send an automated text message to your phone.
💡 Please Note: The incoming SMS will read:

"Roam-30GB-Global-365days-FREE has been activated. Please contact support at help@vivifi.me if you do not wish to receive this free add-on."
Rest assured, this add-on is 100% free forever as part of your loyalty upgrade. This is a permanent addition to your plan, not a trial, meaning it will never expire and you will never be charged for it.
If for any reason you prefer not to have it added, just drop a note to our team at help@vivifi.me .

Thank you for choosing us to keep you connected, whether you're at home or exploring the world!

Stay Vibrant,
The VIVIFI Team

it's June now.
I am still on NSA only.
no complains, just find it funny

Interesting. Maybe you want to change the SIM Card to another phone (better not from Samsung) to see if it is the same issue or not.

If same issue, try to get a new SIM card from VIVIFI.

Previously there were a few reports showing that somehow some Samsung phones had compatibility issues with SingTel and SingTel MVNO SIM Cards and could not get 5G SA. Changed to a different phone and the issue would get resolved.

I'm on eSIM, might just keep using it

It does not bother me, just funny about the fact that ST still has not switched off NSA
