No wonder I still see people still using the strap to run bcos I thought it would really be very uncomfortable to run with it ...
yes i agreed its harder to max out chest and lungs during runs. some people think its more accurate or dont wanna spend more money. for me i tested quite a while on both before embracing OHR, the numbers are so close(within 1-3bpm range) we wouldnt know which is more accurate.
I think i did because after every run i completed, the run is registered in the runkeeper app on my iPhone duplicating what’s on strava and Garmin ...
I suspect the runkeeper app on the iPhone took the info from the Apple’s Heart app and display it on the runkeeper app.
But funny thing is the runkeeper app on the AW itself, when i start on the AW, the rotating icon keeps rotating leh ...
Any ideas ?
Thanks
maybe in RK app(on iphone) you can try go to
- left bottom "Me",
- right top, gear logo(settings)
- apps services and devices. tap on applewatch, turn on everything there and done.
i would kill app on phone and kill app on watch too to make sure they are updated. Try again from there?
I havent been using my RK, but just tested even indoor its working for me. i can start tracking
