I managed to order for pick up yesterday for the Nike 45mm. I asked nicely to the SA if I could do a watch band swap. He said can and directed me to his colleague, who assisted me exchanging of the watch band. It was a tedious process for the SA as she faced a system issue during the exchanging process, but she was kind and went the extra mile to assist me with the exchanging as I am interested in the Nike Sports Loop. She asked her colleagues and manager for assistance when she could not do the swap via the system. She wow-ed me with her never-give-up attitude in helping her customers. I appreciate her service a lot.

Service was so much better compared to last week when I received a closed-ended "NO" reply when I wanted to exchange the watch band and asked for available stocks.

I guess watch band exchanging is allowed if your preferred watch band is available, but I think it still depends on the SA. If you get the one that will go the extra mile for you, they will do for you. It's just luck and I was lucky yesterday.

I am so happy.

I must say the customer service level at MBS is a step up from Orchard store. The staff remembered my name and which model of AW i have gotten last year when i don't even recall what did i purchase there or whoever attended to me.
