Now the CSO on fb messenger tell me that because i use the promo codes, cancellation is generally not allowed but they have submitted an appeal to allow me to cancel. Wow…just wow….their problem becomes mine and i have to appeal to them to solve their problem. Best taiji company award goes to them la.

Last time I still need to called in for refund status cos card kena charged.

Possible, but only if you ordered a custom set to begin with (I think the box says CEL or something). If you got a standard combo they they can’t swap band only.

I called courts and I pekcek already. Different cso gave different answers. Over message, I was told end oct to 1st week of nov. Then on the phone, I was told 1st week nov and when I questioned why many were told eta 3rd week to even first week of dec. The person on the line later told me eta most likely second week of nov but cannot guarantee.

i can wait if courts give me the date and keep to it but if they can’t even confirm the date and suka suka love to keep changing last min, how we even going to trust them -_-

Managed to get another stainless steel graphite 45mm from apple mbs this afternoon
And the staff is kind enough to exchange the band for me
I wanted the braided solo loop but it was unavailable when i want to purchase it from apple online
So I ordered the milanese loop
But since the price is the same
I exchange the milanese with braided sololoop in the store

Makes no sense to charge when the item is not even here yet. Shouldn’t they charge when the item is ready for delivery, just like apple. Ended up I got pissed and asked for refund

My expectation is for Courts to put the charge on-hold and only go through with the transaction when item is out and about to be out for delivery. This is how Apple handles online purchases, hotels put a on-hold charge upon check-in (which will be charged through if utlized upon check-out) and if I am not wrong, even a few online grocers. Such on-hold charge is not new in the credit card industry and it is only fair to consumers.

Courts on the other hand basically charged through the transaction so that it can be settled interbank and cash on hand for them even before item is shipped to customer (maybe even before Courts need to pay for the AW - i.e no cash outflow)! Considering the number of potential orders as a result of the $90 promotion, this is definitely good cash flow to the company !

Anyway, I managed to order ss silver from apple and collecting later. From courts side, the CSO has sent an email for refund to the refund department. Very unhappy with how the way they handled. But I have to say CSO, they are in difficult position. I can imagine they quite sian when they keep receiving phone calls from customers about their preordered watch

That’s it. Courts finally reply me via email that they have processed my refund (after my appeal not to blame them for their screw ups). Then i immediately check apple store and just picked up my SS silver with Milanese strap at Jewel. Haha
