Hi all, I’m on Singtel and I couldn’t set up numbershare with my AWU.

eveytime at setting cellular, the app will say an error has occurred. Please try again later.

I have reset the Watch, erase the app, reinstall and still same error…

singtel customer service is hopeless, basically read back all the same instructions from their webpage

No… just port over to Singtel, previously w GOMO which doesn’t support Apple Watch

and it didnt help that i have epp too... makes it even more poisonous. but of course only getting the ones that only the apple store has. not on the lazada or shoppe apple authorised dealer ones. sometimes the bands and straps are cheaper on those ecommerce platforms. but they dont carry the band/loops.

how do you "erase the app" ?
you need to setup via the watch app ya ?

@Snoweagle 's case was that his older AW had cellular too. IIRC he tried to do a transfer before he's sent into a wild goose chase, after being told and tried to cut off the old before getting the new.

I did mine... I think last week and it went alright. First time Numbershare user here.

Contact ST, I guess... and good luck getting the right person to help settle the problem ASAP.

I went Apple store today to try too. Nothing really interests me other than steel link band which carries a no-go price tag.

I like the Blue/Grey trial loop. Might hoot one with EPP once it's in stock end Nov.

mine activated without an issue... but the waiver i have to explain and tell them that its the benefit of singtel uob to have it waived. i had to justify my case to have it waived. omg what even.....
they should auto waived it maaa seeing the bill is auto charged to the singtel uob card. zzz

The gap isn't the main issue. I'm more into the titanium & stainless steel color tone difference. Not significant but noticeable up close.

Let's just say with ST, the chances of going for a ride whenever I've to deal with their CSO are higher than not. Compared to M1 if I may, though it's kind of off-topic. Really need to have lots of free time before attempting to contact them for the "ride".

I'd have advised him to visit Comcentre, but Snoweagle did that and was made to wait without getting it solved there? Only got settled later...
