This is the first 49mm titanium band I guess lol.. the Colour looked matching.. faster hoot ah
Doubt it's 49mm connectors. Product specs stated:
Size: 49 - 45mm Case Size
COMPATIBILITY
☉ Apple Watch Ultra
☉ Apple Watch Series 8
☉ Apple Watch Series SE
☉ All other Apple Watches

So it's most likely 45mm connectors. (Which will have small gap if used on AWU)

Actually their PR team quite fail. *Note the last option of the compatibility list :ROFLMAO:

What is the difference in the strap’s stopper in Ultra vs 45mm? The third party bands seems stopped sliding in at middle notch but it works well in AW6/7/8

That’s the reason why I hesitated Ti buy 3rd party bands.. having such experience on my series 3 last time with 2 of the bands.. need to force it in.. and I scared of scratching and also later need to force to get it out. Never get jammed before.. which I think some here experienced too.

I read somewhere that most 3rd party “stopper” on the lug.. are made of metal.. whereas the original ones are not

I have similar experience with chiong stainless band on my old aluminium watch. Got jammed when I was removing it and gotta force it out. End up it scratched the lug area which was super heart pain. Never bought any chiong straps from then onwards.

Those whose Ultra is naked shouldn't worry about 3rd party strap lug possible scratches, no? Since it'd be inside where the lug's inserted, versus rugged scratches on a naked Ultra? :s11:

Actually quite ugly the design of the band.
Ugly or not is subjective. I'd say it doesn't have that nice clean look of the Normad.

While the other one is still a few months away from being available, I guess more "brands" will try to capture the heart of the impatient users.
