I wait for JRE to test and scratch whether is real sapphire first lol. My Pelagos titanium and sapphire glass, the glass after 5 years no scratch but titanium strap and case got scratches. Most likely is ownself scratch ownself for titanium. Since alpine loop hook is titanium got potential to scratch but should be way lesser than full titanium strap baNot going to do it. It won't be the pure Sapphire at level 9. But it is respectable.I wait for JRE to test and scratch whether is real sapphire first lol. Here's mine.
The back of the watch is actually light grey. Overall the watch does feel pretty light despite its size (due to titanium) and the alpine loop does take a while of getting used to putting on and taking off. It's got the sport loop kind of feel but more premium.
BTW watchOS 9.0.1 is out, loading now.
watchOS 9.0.1 is for Apple Watch Ultra ONLY.
It might be an iOS version thingy, as I thought I saw something similar happened with my AW7 recently, while changing straps. I sometimes use one of those G-Shock-looking rugged bumper cum strap and tend to off the watch while switching. I saw the green digital clock but didn't explore as I was sort of struggling then.I just found out even if I switch off ultra, pushing the crown will still show the time on the top right in green colour. Have to wait between 2-3 secs and the time appeared.

Next up Apple S8 SS and app2 to complete my yearly upgrade.
