M1 got number share?
Be careful if you want to use and signed M1 5G booster. My friend was told cannot activate NumberShare with 5G booster already activated. Advised to remove 5G booster and then sub NumberShare thereafter add back 5G booster.
Sadly after he sub NumberShare successfully, he cannot activate back 5G booster, another M1 CSO told him their system cannot provide both 5G booster and NumberShare together. My friend damn pissed now lol, he gg down M1 to bang table le

I also want to bang table at Singtel. Called everyday since I got my Ultra last Friday because got issues re-activating my numbershare on the Ultra and all tell me system got ‘pending’ order until I called again last morning and requested to cancel that order so I can re-subscribe. Fianlly around evening time got SMS from Singtel telling me the stuck order is closed so I can re-subscribe, but when going back to the watch app and try to set up my mobile plan, it tells me my number is still already subscribed and my Singtel app still has the numbershare inside my plan.

So, I’m still not able to proceed. What’s wrong with telco CSOs, later this morning I’m going to call them and make noise. 😡

Its been 3 weeks of "stuck order" and whatever nonsense for me. CSOs keep telling me will expedite and wait for 2-3 more days. Yeah, turned into a few weeks

It's no good, have to keep bugging them until the issue is resolved. Later will call them again.

These clowns need their customers to bang tables in order to wake up.

I'd one giving me "the best mobile plan" and two years later another one telling me that I've been paying an extra $5 unnecessarily. One from a different telco even asked me why I needed to use SIM card lock when I asked for the default code.

There's a Singtel WhatsApp, I use WhatsApp Web to communicate with them.

I've come across 2 boo-boos from there as well, so don't blindly trust everything they say there. Only good thing about it is that you can get a screenshot as evidence should anything funny comes along later.

Nope, all unable to process even via unsubscription through singtel app.

I just called them AGAIN earlier on, even after receiving the SMS on my stuck order being closed, this CSO told me it’s not! So now back to square one, they only can help to send request to ‘escalate’ the closure.

Singtel now ah really….

I won't bother with these CSOs if I'm in your position and want the matter settled ASAP. Find time to visit Comcentre instead.

i did kana the same instant where i want to waive off my callerid to have the 24mths free after my 5g card activated with my current ip14pm .. and they also said my current order is not closed. Apparently, it is the ip14pm order.. which is weird la cos i have already received the service agreement and the phone.. lol .. waited 2 days and they replied me that it is now closed and proceed to include the 24mth callerid free. ya .. screw up perhaps..

I had similar situation with you on other issues, stuck dues to pending order as well. I chat with WhatsApp CSO and she able to cancel my pending order and I solved my other issue. Singtel CSO on WhatsApp is quite randomly picked, some able to do it but some maybe just plain lazy. Try again with another CSO

I am also sharing my experience as a forumer.

M1 - I had bad experience with their mobile as well. The support is non-existent and while it had improved, it is nothing like ST. The chat function in ST even prioritises you if you are a high roller / red membership. I dropped M1 and jumped out of it.

Starhub - Big hoohaa always when signing up with them, be it for TV or mobile. TV services had inconsistent replies even on site at starhub shops. Mobile? Jams up the system every year, inconsistent replies by phone call and on site. I dropped starhub and jumped out of it.

That is my experience, so it is an appropriate comment as I had did what i preach.

So I repeat - If you feel ST is bad, then feel free to jump to other Telcos whom can serve you better - We all have that choice since porting has a port-in discount sometimes.

Relax bro, I believe @runforyourlife meant no harm de. At times how senders and recipients perceived the sentence shared can be different, social media is dangerous due to this kind of misunderstanding.
