I am also sharing my experience as a forumer.

M1 - I had bad experience with their mobile as well. The support is non-existent and while it had improved, it is nothing like ST. The chat function in ST even prioritises you if you are a high roller / red membership. I dropped M1 and jumped out of it.

Starhub - Big hoohaa always when signing up with them, be it for TV or mobile. TV services had inconsistent replies even on site at starhub shops. Mobile? Jams up the system every year, inconsistent replies by phone call and on site. I dropped starhub and jumped out of it.

That is my experience, so it is an appropriate comment as I had did what i preach.

So I repeat - If you feel ST is bad, then feel free to jump to other Telcos whom can serve you better - We all have that choice since porting has a port-in discount sometimes.
Ah, so you made a comment as a forumer, not thinking about your "Moderator" label against your nick, I guess. This is not EDMW and yet I see your "lo" so that explains your stand here. OK, got it.

FYI, my experiences shared here were from TWO different telcos, the 3rd network is next to non-existence/bad for the places I frequent, and the 4th is still new. IMO, I won't jump just because of a couple of clueless CSOs.

Thanks for your advice, anyway.

i did kana the same instant where i want to waive off my callerid to have the 24mths free after my 5g card activated with my current ip14pm .. and they also said my current order is not closed. Apparently, it is the ip14pm order.. which is weird la cos i have already received the service agreement and the phone.. lol .. waited 2 days and they replied me that it is now closed and proceed to include the 24mth callerid free. ya .. screw up perhaps..

At least yours is resolved within 2 days. Mine is 5 days and counting. Got another bro here is 3 weeks and counting.

Screw up perhaps their CSOs or system itself. Somehow I felt there's communication breakdown somewhere.

I had similar situation with you on other issues, stuck dues to pending order as well. I chat with WhatsApp CSO and she able to cancel my pending order and I solved my other issue. Singtel CSO on WhatsApp is quite randomly picked, some able to do it but some maybe just plain lazy. Try again with another CSO

I've been facing different CSOs daily, just have to get a 'lucky' one.

Anyway I've tried the whatsapp this morning, now awaiting for someone to pick up the case.

That has also crossed my mind. Will find time for that.
Suggested that because with my other services with them for mobile and fiber, it's quicker and to the point when I visited them at Comcentre. Feels like they're more knowledgeable there, rather than via other means such as calling and WhatsApp. At least on site they can directly refer you to the appropriate person and that lets you settle the matter within a shorter time.

After that maybe walk over to Apple to see if anything else attracts you. 😁

Haha....true also but going there might need to take half a day leave or so. If can resolve on the spot I don't mind doing that, else will just waste leave.

Apple Store wise, think I've spent enough for now. 😅

I agree, really waste a lot of time doing these. Previously I've no issues all the while from Series 3, until now.

Oh, Comcentre these days (or at least until I posted this) aren't that bad. I got my fiber issue settled on a weekday before suggesting 2 friends to drop by as well, after the CSO shared that weekends didn't mean a long wait. That's just a few months back.

Of course, we tried to avoid too close to breaktime like lunch and dinner. I then went back there with those friends on a Saturday mid-afternoon and true enough, apart from a 10 mins wait (got sofa, got cartoon on big screen😁) for an available CSO, he's knowledgeable and imparted accurate information while dealing with both persons simultaneously, stayed friendly, patient, and got the process done chop-chop. I was actually quite impressed with him, facing a Saturday afternoon and 2 customers at the same time. 😅

That's good Information! Feel more relieved. I'll try the whatsapp method first. If still cannot, then Comcentre is a must-visit.

Be careful if you want to use and signed M1 5G booster. My friend was told cannot activate NumberShare with 5G booster already activated. Advised to remove 5G booster and then sub NumberShare thereafter add back 5G booster.
Sadly after he sub NumberShare successfully, he cannot activate back 5G booster, another M1 CSO told him their system cannot provide both 5G booster and NumberShare together. My friend damn pissed now lol, he gg down M1 to bang table le
Thanks for the heads up … I am on 5g bespoke sim only plan … apparently this M1 number share thing is NOT available to this plan also. Lol save my money then.

You're welcome. Anyway cellular is not really a need IMO, I guess meant for those go for jog and doesn't want to bring phone out for like 1-2 hours but need to see notifications and answer phone calls. Personally my phone stick with me more than my AWU lols, only when charging I will leave it behind. :ROFLMAO:

Anyway just spoken to another CSO via whatsapp, seems like outcome is the same, all saying will send request to close the ’stuck order’. Seems like it’s just going in circles. :s13:
