Their preorder freebies are basically useless.. give evouchers to purchase their overpriced accessories.. and even if u redeem to sell, u need sell at a loss one. And need to entertain lowballers from carousell… i rather wait a bit and take the upfront discount then need to go through the hassle to redeem the credits and wait for approval, once credit is in, need redeem the accessories and wait for delivery, then once delivered have to sell the items…

I kena defects out of the box… argue with them for 1 to 1, waited for 1 week then managed to get it exchanged. Worst still, subjected to approval

is a long way for them to reach Apple's standard, u buy a product for after sales service as well haha.

Got a feeling once I return the alpine set I may end up buying back the alpine strap back.

Why? For me, all the hooking and unhooking made me wonder when the loop will give way...

Other than that, I do feel the Alpine will be more secure...

I've never returned so not sure. But remember to bring the packaging and whatever you received back then, too.

Why? For me, all the hooking and unhooking made me wonder when the loop will give way...

Other than that, I do feel the Alpine will be more secure...

Cos alpine strap aesthetically wise looks good but I dun like the hook.

Though I know I will likely just use trail strap all the way for comfort and ease of removal.

I will try my best to resist getting other straps :X

Setting up my AWU now! just got back from Apple store orchard. BTW my old S7 does not have cellular. So do i have to sign up & pay $6.90 per month? i have many spare lines with Singtel actually. not sure if i could use other lines for the AWU? what do u guys do?

Try not to go near the strap display areas and you should be more safe.

I surfed Apple Store website amd click buy, it always says pickup not available at all 3 stores, meaning no stock and delivery 19-Oct to 27-Oct.

Did you all goto a different website ? Maybe i should just walk in to the Apple Store itself ?
