Wont affect resales value. Because there is simply no diff in performance btw them. Anything else are all placebo effect.

It's not a placebo effect. It's been benchmarked that the TSMC performs slightly better, runs cooler and has 2 hours more battery life.

Still waiting for someone to test both processors in terms of normal usage, standby mode, gaming, videos etc.

I somehow feel that the 2h difference is too big for Apple to sell the phones :(
unfair!!!

If they can advertise an iPhone 6s has having X number of hours battery life, and if 1 variant can have X + 2 number of hours, it's a bonus

I got the Samsung chip... But since I'm using the 6s Plus I guess it isn't as bad compared to the smaller model.

Actually i believe should be the other way around, the difference should be more obvious in the Plus.

In one of the videos above:

TSMC: 7 hrs 50 mins
Samsung: 6 hrs 5 mins

1 hr 50 mins difference.

lol how to exchange? It's not a flaw. Like i said earlier...both variants perform up to specs, it's just a bonus that 1 variant lasts longer than the other

You say one ma tsmcmasterace leh, lack of nearly 2 hour uptime is a flaw loh

I'm not overly picky, one full day can liao hahaha.

So far battery can last me longer than 12 hours and still have ~35% to spare. Good enough. In fact way better than the 5s - usually will need to charge on the way home or else it'll be <10%.
