Hi admin
1)
Kindly let me know who is the activist HWZ moderator who infracted me for this post?
Thank you.

2)
Is the @ pager function used to invite active HWZ users into a thread to promote discussion?
This is a yes or no question.
For context, every time there is a discussion about specific topics (e.g. accounting degree, accounting job, accounting industry etc), there will be HWZ users who will use the @ pager function to invite HWZ user Shion into the thread to discuss. Because he has shared that he graduated with a degree in accounting, and is active in threads about the topic.
3)
The infraction was categorized as "Forum Nuisance (Trolling / Posting Rubbish / Troublemaker / etc.)"
I cite below your HWZ content policy Rule 1 which states "not for attacking those who may be marginalized or vulnerable".
"Rule 1
Remember that you’re interacting with other humans. HardwareZone Forums is a place for sharing and discussion, not for attacking those who may be marginalized or vulnerable. Everyone is entitled to use our forums without harassment, violence, or cyber-bullying. Members that incite violence or promote hate in any form or manner may be penalised in accordance with our Warning System." https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/help/content_policy/
My infracted post clearly states "DEI handicap expert @ congster".
Everything to the left of the word "expert" are adjectives.
So the words "DEI handicap" are adjectives.
The word "expert" is the noun.
And the @ pager function is used to invite the HWZ user congster into the thread to promote discussion.
Similar to how HWZ users are paging Shion whenever the thread topic is about "accounting".
For the activist HWZ moderator, please explain.
What is wrong with using the adjectives "DEI handicap"?
When the HWZ user congster
- has been actively posting in DEI threads
- and is actively advocating DEI affirmative action for handicap at his workplace
What is wrong with using the noun "expert"?
When the HWZ user congster
- claims that he is a hiring manager
- claims that he has used incentives to encourage managers to hire disabled staff by increasing their budget
What is wrong with using the @ pager function to invite the HWZ user congster to a thread topic about handicap?
When the HWZ user congster
- is actively participating in at least 2 HWZ threads regarding Boeing DEI, and Google DEI
- and the thread topic is about handicap?
If the activist HWZ moderator who infracted me cannot give me a reasonable explanation on how the rules are applied. Then I will also become a activist HWZ user and @ paging Dr. Vijay directly to ask what is wrong for this case?
